Returns + Exchanges

Our products can alter in color or form, this due to the fact that they are made by hand. However, you can, for any reason return the products within 14 days of delivery. It is important that you contact us at Hello@noyroad.com before doing so. The products must be in new condition. Let us know why you wish to return your items. You as a customer pay for the shipping cost for the return and are responsible for making sure that the goods do not get damaged or lost. The refund is made when the product has been received and has been approved by us.
